Lavoiris ‘Vo’ Ballard
Vo is a Director of Client Delivery for Cask Government Services. She is a detailed and solutions-focused professional who brings 20 years of leadership and experience in management, information technology and cybersecurity across military, non-profit, and consulting spaces. Vo is a retired Marine with a wealth of leadership and technical expertise that she has applied to her career in the private industry. An adept leader, Vo manages cross functional teams supporting a variety of clients using adaptable problem solving, communications and relationship building skills to enable successful customer engagements. Vo holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Policy, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and a CIO Certificate, Information Assurance concentration from the National Defense University iCollege. She also holds the following certifications: CISSP, ITIL.
