Nicole Depelteau
Nicole is responsible for overseeing and implementing operational strategy, structure, and process. She utilized her strong analytical background to work with government programs in the creation of budgets and the management of those funds. Nicole then quickly began to branch into corporate finance, supporting Cask. Nicole successfully managed IT migration from Google to the O365 Government Cloud, robust cost reductions, streamlined processes, and accurate financial projections. In addition, Nicole has spearheaded many efforts to ensure Cask employees feel connected to one another through company provided activities such as wellness challenges, award programs, and virtual social gatherings during the time of this pandemic. In addition to Nicole’s experience, she is also a Certified Defense Financial Manager, and ITIL V3 Certified. She has a Bachelors’s degree in Mathematics from Mary Washington University and returned to her alma mater to obtain her Master’s in Business Administration.
