Rose is the Director of Systems Integrity & Recovery and CCB Chair. She brings over 10 years of experience as a senior cyber engineer, developing cybersecurity technology strategies, performing proactive Cybersecurity risk management assessments, and solving complex challenges in the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA). Rose enjoys defending information systems against cyber intrusions. She ensures that organizations’ data, financial assets, and customer information stay safe while maintaining cyber hygiene throughout the system development life cycle.
Rose is a CMMC instructor and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law with a minor in Social and Economic matters, from the University of Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo), a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC- former UMUC), and numerous cybersecurity certifications to include CISM, CAP, CEH, Security +, CCP, and CCA.
