Overview:
OASIS: Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts to provide integrated solutions for complex professional services.
Small Business (SB) and Unrestricted OASIS contracts available. Through the use of OASIS SB, customer agencies receive small business credit, and it supports competition, even in socioeconomic categories.
Spans areas of expertise, mission, and professional services within the core disciplines of program management, consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial services.
Period of Performance: 5-year base, 5-year option, and 5 years to complete Task Orders (TOs).
Allows all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level, and includes ancillary support (Other Direct Costs) at the task order level.
TOs may include incentives, performance-based measures, multi-year or option periods, and the purchase of commercial or non-commercial items or materials.
Who is eligible to use OASIS? Any Government Agency. Federal agencies and other entities as listed in General Services Administration (GSA) Order ADM 4800.2G, eligibility to use GSA Sources and Supply; as amended.
