Erika is the Director of Risk & Compliance and the CMMC Lead at Cask. She has over 18 years of experience in government and private sector system assessments, acquisition, and validations. Erika has been a part of Cask since 2009. Her expertise of the cyber domain includes technical aspects such as ensuring proper implementation of security controls and risk mitigation as well as process implementation. She is practiced in determining system requirements, implementing security controls, and resolving technical issues quickly. She is skilled in providing effective leadership in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and has outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Erika is a proud University of Connecticut alumni, and holds several cybersecurity certifications to include Certified
Information Security Professional (CISSP), Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA), CompTIA Security+, Certified CMMC Professional (CCP).
